Introduction

The college is committed to providing spirit-filled training experience with the aim of assisting our students to be equipped for ministry.

To be officially admitted, each applicant must complete an application pack online and receive a letter of admission. A high value is placed upon applicants who express a call to ministry.

Admission Process

  • Complete the online  enrolment form on this website
  • Pay enrolment application fee for the program applied for
  • On successful completion of application,CTBCTS will email your student Registration Number. 
  • Pay in full or 30 percent of tuition. You will receive login ID and password to access course details
  • Complete Tuition within  six/ or twelve months of commencement of course
  • There is a minimum duration for all course programs. If you fail to complete the course within the duration, you will have to re-register.

College Policies

CTBCTS is a non-discriminatory /non-denominational educational institute. All applications are considered without regard to sex, race, ethnicity, nationality or church denomination.

In considering every application, the admissions office reviews the applicant’s complete academic record and personal information. The Diploma program of study is open to any individual meeting the college requirements.

Crossroads Trinity Bible College is open to all denominations. The college reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate a student for the following reasons;

  1. Falsification of records or work submitted for evaluation/assessment
  2. Plagiarism
  3. Non Christian Behaviour

Assessment & Appraisal

Students will participate in a process of appraisal to identify their strengths and weaknesses and to determine a master plan to develop their skills relevant to the Christian ministry. 

The appraisal process includes:

  • assessment of written work and other assignments according to given criteria to evaluate students.
  • reports from mentors at placement churches

Students are expected to carry out assignments meeting deadlines and demonstrating diligence, resourcefulness and that would be required on an academic course, and in Christian ministry. 

All assignments will be assessed by lecturers who will provide detailed and constructive feedback.

Transcript

Students can apply for their academic transcript upon completion of the study and after graduation. No transcript from this institution will be considered valid without the signature of the registrar of the college. Any copies sent with only our official seal will be invalid.

Graduation

If you do not pass a course, you will be allowed to retake the course once. 

All tuition fees must be settled prior to graduation.
